Prof. Mahayothee comes from the Silpakorn University, Thailand. She started her academic career with a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Food Technology at the Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. In 2005 she earned his PhD in Natural Science / Food Technology at the University of Hohenheim. In October 2013, Prof. Dr. Busarakorn Mahayothee joined the FSC in Hohenheim as a visiting professor.
