Food Security Center Scholarships

FSC invites outstanding Post-Docs and PhD students from both developing and developed countries pursuing a career in academia or development collaboration to apply for one of its offered scholarships.

Applicants should be interested in an interdisciplinary and international (post-) graduate education in food security relevant issues. The scholarships aim at increasing their previously gained scientific knowledge and skills relevant to food security-related issues. Finally, FSC aims at establishing an active, long-lasting collaboration with the supported researchers and their home institutions through an interactive alumni-network.

All scholars will be selected on a competitive basis and invitations will be sent after the selection process.

Short-term scholarships

Target groups

FSC offers the three types of short-term scholarships mentioned below supporting Post-Docs and PhD students from developing countries or developed countries to conduct their research and career at different institutions.
