On January 29, Prof. Dr. Reiner Doluschitz, Director of the FSC spoke in an interview with BWagrar about strategies for the reduction of hunger and poverty as well as approaches to improve global food security and the role that the FSC has had in achieving this goals.
Prof. Doluschitz mentioned training and education as an important element for this and provided an overview of the contribution and collaboration of the FSC as one of the five EXCEED Centers of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and extended an invitation for the World Food Day Colloquium that will take place on 16 October in the University of Hohenheim.
