Pioneering project for sustainable development for the purpose of the UN agenda 2030: The University of Hohenheim and Hawassa University in Ethiopia are among the first universities benefiting of the new DAAD program “Bilateral SDG Graduate School”. With a funding of 2 Mio € the German-Ethiopian SDG Graduate School “Climate Change Effects on Food Security (CLIFOOD)" has been established.

The official kick-off ceremony took place 8 March 2017 at the University of Hohenheim.
