International Consortium on Applied Bioeconomy Research Conference: "Disruptive innovations, value chain and rural development"

From Jun 12-15, 2018, the 22. ICABR Conference took place at The World Bank in Washington, DC. Researchers, policy makers and other actors active in the field of Bioeconomy came together to present, share, and discuss the newest findings and developments. Also the FSC with its project "BiomassWeb" contributed successfully with a poster on the potential of castor seed oil in Ethiopia and a presentation on the potential of using plantain residues as a source for plant based fiber.
