FSC scholar won Helmut Wolf Award 2017

FSC scholar Yitbarek Woldetensay has received the 2017 Helmut Wolf Award at the 35th annual conference of The German Society of Tropical Paediatrics and International Child Health (GTP)

The GTP conducted its 35th annual conference from January  27 to 29, 2017 in Heidelberg. The motto for the conference was "Elimination and eradication of infectious diseases in the 21st century".

Yitbarek Woldetensay and his research group won the Helmut Wolf award for their research on : "The Role of Nutrition, Intimate Partner Violence and Social Support in Prenatal Depressive Symptoms in Rural Ethiopia: Community Based Birth Cohort Study".
