Short Course Application of Advanced Food Analysis for Enhancing Food Security

On October 8-12, 2018 a short course entitled “Application of Advanced Food Analysis for Enhancing Food Security” was conducted at the Faculty of Agro-industry in Kasetsart University, Thailand. 27 participants, among those students, staffs and lecturers from universities have attended the lecture session by PD Dr. hab PD Dr. Micheal Granvogl from the University of Hohenheim, Germany. The scientific information provided during the lecture session enhanced the knowledge of participants in both food quality and food safety aspects. Practical part of the short course included a field trip. In general, the short course was positively evaluated by the participants.
